Toronto based visual artist Reena Rae is best known for her use of recycled paper from her large collection of various magazines. After searching for the perfect colors for her piece, she then cuts/shreads/tears the pages into pieces, and glues them onto canvas in order to complete her work of art.
Reena has recently exhibited in the largest Kanye collection in the world for Kanye's Life of Pablo Tour curated by theMostFamousArtist and was featured in Elite Daily and Complex. She has designed shoes during her collaboration with Vans and has created custom art for former MadTv star Bobby Lee for his podcast Tigerbelly and Joey Diaz & Lee Syatt for their podcast Church of What's Happening Now.
Reena's artwork is included in numerous private art collections throughout Canada, the U.S., Philippines, Japan, Germany, and the United Kingdom. She is currently open for custom orders and commissions to art lovers around the world.
